Sydney Multicultural Community Services wishes you and your family a happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

Sydney Multicultural Community Services wishes you and your family a happy Mid-Autumn Festival. Chinese Australians celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, or Mid-autumn Day, which is the second grandest celebrated festival after the Chinese New Year.

Also known as the Moon Festival, as the moon is believed to be at its fullest and brightest. In Chinese culture, full moon symbolizes reunion, so that they reunite with their families for celebrations. This year, everyone is encouraged to celebrate this occasion with families and friends in a COVID-safe way.
